Lobster Pot is tucked away in the beautiful village of Fulmodeston and just a 5 minute drive from the market town of Fakenham, is a beautiful, 3 bedroom cottage with a private garden and parking. Lobster Pot has recently been refurbished and enhanced which makes this cottage a stylish and homely retreat. This cottage holds a huge amount of character and many years worth of history in the village of Fulmodeston. The kitchen has a well-equipped cottage kitchen, with oven, fridge, kettle, microwave and also an integrated dishwasher and washer machine. Leading from the kitchen you’ll find the downstairs shower room, which has a shower enclosed in a glass shower unit and stylish tiling. The sitting room is a delightful, relaxing area with a wood burning fire and sofas and a Smart TV. This is a perfect space to relax on a cold winter’s evening. There is a dining room, with sitting for 6 people.
Upstairs, Bedroom 1 is a delightful space with lots of charm, exposed beams and original features, with a king size bed. Bedroom 2 is a beautiful room, with original exposed beams, furnished with a double and Bedroom 3 is a child’s delight with a bunk bed and views over the rear garden.

The private garden, located directly outside the back door has a patio area with a bench and planted flowers and will be a lovely space in the summer to sit out and catch the evening sun with a glass of wine.
